Businessman killed in Abovyan City

According to reliable sources of Lurer.com scuffle occurred on September 13, as a result of which a famous businessman, owner of one of the entertainment facilities died.
To clarify the news Lurer.com talked to head of RA Police Public Relations and Information Department, which informed that the case was transferred to MoD investigative department.
To get some details we talked to RA MoD Investigative Service public relations officer Meri Sargsyan, which stated, that a criminal case was launched according to Article 112, Part 2, Paragraph 14 of RA Criminal Code: infliction of willful bodily damage which is dangerous for life committed if caused the death of the aggrieved by negligence.
She didn’t say anything on whether there are any people arrested or not.
According to information of Lurer.com an argument occurred on September 13, as a result of which  famous businessman in Abovyan City Meruzhan Khachatryan (Fox Meruzh) died in St. Grigor the Illuminator hospital on September 27. The businessman had an argument, got blows, was transferred to hospital, where he died afterwards. Note also, that the person which hit blows was a military officer.
