Ongoing events in Syria have the worst development of all possible options, and Turkey will initiate all measures to ensure the country's security, stated Turkish President Abdullah Gul on Monday. The Reuters report on this.
Gul said that the Syrian conflict has already become a civil war. It cannot continue forever, but there is a need to fail the Assad regime.
“Ongoing events in Syria have the worst development of all possible options, we are doing our best,” announced Gul.
"Assad's regime is to fail eventually. International community must intervene in this matter, without waiting for the further deterioration of the issue" says President Gul.
