“Zhoghovurd”: changes in PACE Armenian delegation staff?

Despite RPA MP Naira Karapetyan in an interview with the daily newspaper, on the one hand didn’t conceal her “advantages”, on the other hand denied the news of including her in PACE Armenian delegation staff instead of NA vice-president Hermine Naghdalyan. Yesterday the contrary was confirmed. At PACE press conference in NA, Naghdalyan told she won’t be included in the staff just out of her position. According to her she is NA vice-speaker, and in PACE there hasn’t been a likewise case when a vice-speaker was included there. The newspaper notes, that in 2003-2008 Tigran Torosyan being NA vice-speaker, then speaker, was included in PACE Armenian delegation, moreover, he was its head.
