Before passing to today’s agenda PM Tigran Sargsyan spoke in new findings.
“Firstly, let me note, that during our previous consultation, which was devoted to the sphere of health, clear assignments have been given both to Minister of Health and head of State Revenue Committee, during which we’ll try to summarize research results,” the PM stated.
Then the parliament head touched upon shortcomings in the sphere of construction. “An assignment has been given to PM’s control service, to Minister of Urban Development, Minister of Finances to continue studies on productive use of state budget and unfortunately I have to note, that findings continue and a shameful image opened before us. Last week I visited Shirak Region and AMD 370 million was allotted for school building in Mets Mantash, according to preliminary data at the moment around AMD 200 million just vanished, moreover, the school is on the third level of emergency condition and the expenses have been done in vain. A likewise situation was revealed in school N5 in Masis. The Minister reported, that the case has been handed to Prosecution and we’ll follow attentively the case, that all the culprits were punished,” Tigran Sargsyan said.
The third issue the PM touched upon was the annual report of internal audit:
“Reports are being presented – findings, shortcomings, gaps, according to the spheres and until this day we have just been satisfied with recommendations to correct, remove and restore the money. Now it won’t be so, now people, which do the violations should take the responsibility. There will be punishments and, the guilty should take the responsibility, especially when damage is done to state budget,” government head noted.
