Agence France-Press: Ankara sends a diplomatic note to Syria

Ankara has sent a diplomatic note to Damascus in regard with the military cargo, which it has confiscated from the Syrian plane, Agence France-Press reports, citing Anatolia news agency.
The note has been handed over to the Syrian Consulate in Istanbul on the ground that the Syrian plane was carrying illegal cargo, violating civil aviation laws, the agency reports, citing the sources of Foreign Ministry.
Note, that Syrian Аirbus А-320 (Board number- SRY442) plane has been forced to land in Ankara on its Moscow-Damascus flight on the Wednesday evening. In order to catch it, Turkish air-forces had sent out 2 F-16 bombers.
In fact, let us add, that according to Turkish NTV TV channel, the final results of the examination of the confiscated cargo are to be published late at night.
