"Zhoghovurd": The Minister of Environment destroyed the ministry

Artsrun Pepenyan, the head of Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Environmental Protection voluntarily left his position. He wrote on his Facebook page that he finally got rid of that cemetery. Commenting on his post in the interview with “Zhoghovurd” Pepenyan stated: “Because in real, there is no ministry there, it’s a cemetery, but in contrast with the latter, not worthy of respect. I was trying to leave my job much earlier. I was postponing it all the time, thinking that some changes in personnel would occur. The Minister has destroyed the ministry.” After this, Pepenyan plans to open a fund, then to create a Center for Political Activity and do what he loves.
