President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan participated in the festive events dedicated to the Day of Stepanakert.
President underlined the necessity of celebrating such events properly, highlighting its importance from both political and cultural viewpoints.
Head of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirossyan, National Assembly Speaker Ashot Ghulyan, Prime-Minister Ara Harutunyan, other officials participated in the meeting.
