Nikol Pashinyan candidate for the president?

“Human rights-96” party, which is included in ANC, released a statement, which particularly reads:
“In our country hope for legal elections can arise nomination of RA president candidate, which not only can but has the moral right to be the President of RA.
As such we see Nikol Pashinyan and present his candidacy to ANC council.
At the same time, we call the first president to understand and accept Pashinyan’s candidacy and possibly support his nomination.”
