Seized machines are hidden

A criminal case has been initiated at State Advocacy Department of RA Prosecutor General's Office, concerning the incident of implementing illegal actions by citizen B. Manukyan over the seized, subject to confiscation property.
Based on the report of RA General Compulsory Enforcement body, the materials at State Advocacy Department of RA Prosecutor General’s Office revealed, that a criminal case on B. Manukyan (according to the characteristics of 1st point of paragraph 3 of Article 178 and the 1st paragraph of Article 215 of RA Criminal Code) has been investigated at RA NSS investigative department and has been sent to the First Instance Court of Malatia-Sebastia administrative districts of Yerevan city with an accusatory conclusion.
In order to ensure the possible confiscation of the property during the preliminary investigation, a decision has been made on August 2 of 2011 to seize the property. Based on that decision, citizen B. Manukyan has been handed jewelry manufacturing 5 machines with a protocol, which B. Manukyan hid.
As a result, the mentioned machines have not been found during the enforcement actions aimed at implementing the confiscation of the property according to the verdict made on January 24 of 2012 by the First Instance Court of Malatia-Sebastia administrative districts of Yerevan city.
A criminal case has been initiated concerning the fact, in accordance with the 1st paragraph of Article 345 of RA Criminal Code. The preliminary investigation of the criminal case has been instructed to Kentron Investigative Department.
