Azerbaijan not ready for way with Armenia: Iranian expert

At the moment the government of Azerbaijan is not ready to start a new war at NKR conflict zone, head of “New perspectives” analytical center Mir Ghasem Moumeni told REGNUM agency. In his opinion Azerbaijan isn’t ready for war neither in economical nor in political sense.
“There are several reasons, which give way to suppose, that Baku isn’t going to start awar. Problem here is in other thing: Azerbaijani opposition seeks for ways to reach its goal and statements of official Baku are addressed to opposition political powers,” Moumeni pointed out.
Besides, the interlocutor thinks that Azerbaijan can be considered powerful in military and economical sphere, but it can realize war actions only in case it remains with “empty belly.”
At the same time the expert states, that acquisition of vast number of weapons by Azerbaijan doesn’t mean anything, as “despite the fact, that Azerbaijan is buying large number of weapons, neither Russia, nor Europe, nor the USA will let it use the weapon.”
