Tax audits again suspended at Civilitas

By the order of the Armenian State Revenue Committee (SRC) Chairman, the inspections that are being conducted at The Civilitas Foundation, and to clarify the Foundation’s responsibilities before the state budget, are again suspended for thirty work days, The Civilitas informs.
To note, the SRC had commenced conducting tax audits at the Foundation on June 22, and, on July 17, the inspection period was extended for ten days. Also, and by the SRC Chairman’s order, the tax audits at Civilitas were suspended on July 21 and, subsequently, on August 29 for thirty working days.
Pursuant to Armenia’s corresponding law, such inspections can be suspended for a maximum of ninety working days.
