Lyova Mnatsakanyan is new Deputy Chief of RA General Staff

President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan appointed on Tuesday General-Mayor Lyova Mnatsakanyan a Deputy Chief of the General staff of the Armenian Armed Forces, President’s press service informs.

To note, under another decree of the President, General-Lieutenant Arshaluys Paytyan was relieved from the post of Deputy Chief of the General staff of Armed Forces of Armenia on Sept. 6.

To note, Paytyan was responsible for armament and weapon purchases and was responsible for important financial issues.
