“Hraparak”: Serzh Sargsyan’s ‘command’

It was published in press that Serzh Sargsyan gave a ‘command’ to those haven’t been elected at local self-government elections to resign.
According to the paper, turns out that a likewise command was given only to RPA members, where in the communities headed by them RPA wasn’t distinguished by anything.
Ashtarak and Gyumri mayors presented their applications. Meanwhile, for example Dmitri Nazaryan, not elected mayor in Masis, PAP member told the newspaper reporter that he’ll be in his position till the deadline. Note also, that current heads of communities according to the law have the right to be in their positions for 30 days.
