“Hraparak”: Hovik Abrahamyan’s photo should be ‘digitalized’

The paper reports, that the day before in the hallways of the parliament the topic for discussion was the following: if Hovik Abrahamyan resigns in future, will his photo be attached next to photos of NA speakers for the second time? ARF members said – yes, if there’ll be need it must be attached even for the third time. “Let it be more and not less,” one of them said.
RPA thought quite differently, they are of the opinion, that the process needs to be ‘digitalized.’ According to RPA ‘digitalization’ is that all the terms of Hovik Abrahamyan’s being on position should be written. ARF friends were persistently in disagreement with that opinion.
