“PAP is not a consisted , and I wouldn’t like any splits to occur there. PAP criticizes all the governments since 2008, but in the reports of Control Chamber the most corrupted and failures occurred in their Ministries: Ministry of Urban Development, Ministry of Health and Social Ministry. In three of them people of PAP have been working,” RPA alliance MP Khosrov Harutyunyan told the newspaper touching upon the announcement of PAP alliance secretary Naira Zohrabyan that if they take part in voting of state budget performance, they’d be against for sure.
