Putin to meet with Council for Development of Civil Society and Human Rights

 Russian President Vladimir Putin today will hold an annual meeting of the Presidential Council for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights. The meeting will be held in a videoconference format. It is marking International Human Rights Day celebrated on December 10. It is expected that the meeting’s participants will tell the president about the results of their work this year and exchange opinions on a "wide range of issues.".
