Azerbaijan’s Aliyev hopes next meeting with Armenia’s Pashinyan will be aimed at achieving result

This was stated by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, the local media reported.He informed that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan is assessing the latest comments received from Armenia on November 21 regarding the peace treaty.Aliyev added that Armenia can take as a basis the five basic principles proposed by Azerbaijan.But he accused Armenia of "not doing this a few years ago" because then, according to him, "there would have been no need for a terrorist operation against the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh".
