Economy minister: Significant changes will take place next year in Armenia’s industry

Next year we will see significant changes in the industry, Armenian Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan told reporters on Wednesday.

He informed that with the leasing program implemented by the Ministry of Economy of Armenia, industrial equipment worth 250 billion drams was purchased in two to three years. The minister assured that this amount will give results, but it will just be a delayed result.

Answering the question as to at which phase the promised operation of refrigerators and TV factories is, Kerobyan noted that it is the business of private companies."Private companies open, close, reprofile, and that's normal. We cannot interfere in the affairs of these companies," said the minister of economy of Armenia.
