Karabakh president: No legal document that envisages Artsakh state institutions’ dissolution
PoliticalArtsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Samvel Shahramanyan on Friday met—in Armenia—with the heads of the Artsakh state agencies who continue to hold office on a public basis.
The main problems of the people of Artsakh after their forced displacement were discussed, and recommendations for their solution were made, Armenian News-NEWS.am learns from the Artsakh Information Center.
Presenting the completed and ongoing activities, President Shahramanyan emphasized the need to continue them in 2024 as well, and instructed the mayor of Artsakh capital Stepanakert and the heads of regional administrations to continue inventorying the problems of forcibly displaced Artsakh citizens and submit them to the government on a regular basis.
And reflecting on his presidential decree of September 26, which has been widely discussed in recent times, Samvel Shahramanyan stressed that there is no document in the legal domain of Artsakh that envisages the dissolution of its state institutions.
