Cristiano Ronaldo, the 38-year-old star striker of Portugal and Al-Nassr, scored his 52nd and 53rd goals and surpassed the 30-year-old English forward of Bayern Munich, Harry Kane (52 goals), and the 24-year-old French forward of PSG, Kylian Mbappe ( 52 goals), in the most number of goals scored in 2023.

In the 17th round of the Saudi Pro League, Al-Nassr defeated Al-Ittihad with a score of 5-2, and Ronaldo netted two goals.
Erling Haaland, the 23-year-old Norwegian striker of Manchester City, is in third place, with 50 goals.

Haaland, however, can still play in two matches this year and equal or surpass Ronaldo in the most number of goals scored in 2023.
