Electricity tariff in Armenia to not change on February 1, 2024
EconomyThe electricity tariff in Armenia will not change as of February 1, 2024. The respective decision was approved by the Public Services Regulatory Commission of Armenia at its meeting Wednesday.
The lowest electricity tariff for the country’s enterprises is for 110 kW voltage (about 1 kW/h: 41.98 AMD during the day, 37.98 AMD at night), and for small businesses powered by 220 kW voltage, the tariff will be 53.48 and 43.48 AMD, respectively.
As for poor families in Armenia, the electricity tariff for them will be 29.99 and 19.99 drams, respectively. For families with consumption up to 200 kW, one kWh will be 46.48 and 36.48 AMD, respectively, and for consumers with electricity consumption of 200-400 kWh—48.48 AMD, as well as 38.48 AMD for 400 kWh consumers.
