Armenia Academic City master plan to be ready in early 2024, minister says

In late 2022, the National Assembly approved the national plan for the development of education until 2030, after that we approved the action plan. Zhanna Andreasyan, Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Armenia, stated this at the year-end press conference on Wednesday.

And reflecting on the Academic City project of Armenia, Andreasyan said that the concept has been approved.

"The contracts have been signed, we are now developing the Academic City’s master plan, which will be ready at the beginning of 2024. Also, substantive work is being carried out towards the enlargement of universities and the unification of research organizations. Until February 15, we accept conceptual proposals, we ourselves work in these directions. We have international and reputable partners towards each cluster," the minister emphasized.
