Davit Khudatyan is appointed governor of Armenia’s Armavir Province
VideoAt Thursday's cabinet session, the Armenian government decided to appoint Davit Khudatyan as governor of Armavir Province.
Prior to this appointment, Khudatyan was serving as the mayor of Armavir city, and he is the chairman of the Armavir regional board of the ruling Civil Contract Party.
The former governor of Armavir Province, Edvard Hovhannisyan, was relieved of this post last week, after PM Nikol Pashinyan's visit to the province and his discovery of poor-quality showers in the bathroom of the renovated school of Aragats village.
