2 persons taken out of rubble after Yerevan explosion are identified
VideoThe two persons who were taken out of the rubble after Monday morning’s explosion in Yerevan have been identified.
In the respective statement released by the Rescue Service of Armenia, it is said that at 11:36pm, the National Center for Crisis Management was reported that an explosion had occurred in Yerevan's Nor Aresh neighborhood.
According to preliminary data, a collapse had occurred as a result of this explosion, and two people were injured.
The rescuers who were dispatched to the scene took out elderly woman R. N. (born in 1938) and young man H. S. (born in 1994) from the rubble, and they were hospitalized. The doctors say the elderly woman is in satisfactory condition, whereas the young man—in severe condition.
