Thirty-two years ago almost on the same day, on February 24, 1992, France and independent Armenia established diplomatic relations. French ambassador to Armenia Olivier Decottignies wrote this, in Armenian, on X—former Twitter.
"These relations have never been so reliable and full," the French diplomat added.
