Edmon Marukyan, the Ambassador-at-Large of Armenia, shared a video on X—former Twitter—where Azerbaijani vandals once again destroy Armenian graves in Azerbaijani-occupied Nagorno-Karabakh.

“I have difficulty in understanding why the president of Azerbaijan [Ilham Aliyev] ordered this vandalism. May be you know [European Council President] Charles Michel, [US] Sec[retary of State Antony] Blinken, [EU foreign policy chief] Josep Borrell, [French President] Emmanuel Macron, Bundeskanzler [i.e. German Chancellor Olaf Scholz]?” Marukyan asked.
