Armenia National Security Service: Azerbaijan soldier has been rendered ineffective

An Azerbaijani serviceman, who was armed with an assault rifle and a one pack, crossed the Armenian-Azerbaijani line of contact at around 5:15am Wednesday, in the border area of Tegh village of Syunik Province, informed the National Security Service (NSS) of Armenia
The he was rendered ineffective by the servicemen of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia. A criminal proceeding was initiated at the Investigative Committee of Armenia in connection with this incident, and the investigation is ongoing, the NSS added.
Argam Hovsepyan, a member of Tegh village council, told Armenian News that two Azerbaijani soldiers had crossed the border, but one of them had fled.
