Alen Simonyan congratulates women on March 8

The speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia, Alen Simonyan, has issued a congratulatory message on the occasion of International Women’s Day.

The message reads as follows:

''Dear women,

I heartily congratulate each of you on this beautiful day, International Women’s Day. You are the beginning of life and you make the world the way it is with your gentle and tender nature.

Dear mothers, there would be nothing without you. We thank you for giving life and creating destinies with unspeakable devotion, care and patience, often with hardships.

Respect to the mothers of our soldiers who gave their lives for the motherland, who gave birth and raised heroes.

We can talk about strong women endlessly. Historically, it has been proven many times how big role women play in all spheres.

Dear women and girls,

Be the way you are: Strong in subtlety, brave in modesty, wise in simplicity, and continue to fill the world with love with your existence. Love and appreciate yourself and believe that you can achieve all possible and seemingly impossible successes - be a good mother, sister, wife, businesswoman or all of them together.
