German Defence Minister Boris Pistorius announced a 500 million euro aid package to Ukraine on Tuesday, which includes 10,000 rounds of ammunition, and said the US remains a reliable partner, The Independent reports.
"We have once again put together an aid package worth almost half a billion euros," Pistorius told reporters on the sidelines of talks with the United States and other allies at Ramstein Air Base.
He also said that he had nothing to add to Germany's position that there would be no military in Ukraine.
