Parliament ratified EU Mission status agreement
ArmeniaAt the beginning of the Parliament session on March 20, the National Assembly adopted a number of drafts in the first and second reading and in full.
Among the agreements ratified by the Parliament are the project on the granting of a 12 million euro loan by the German Government to Armenia on preferential terms. The funds involved will be directed to the development of the energy sector, the loan agreement signed between Armenia and the ADB (Asian Development Bank), according to which an additional loan of 66.1 million euros loan will be involved, as well as the project to ratify the agreement "between the Republic of Armenia and the EU on the status of the EU Mission in Armenia (EUMA)", according to which the EU mission in Armenia, including its components, divisions, headquarters, personnel, customs and in tax matters will be considered as representations with diplomatic status by the competent departments of Armenia.
