 The Human Rights Defender Anahit Manasyan sent a condolence letter to the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Russian Federation, Tatyana Moskalkova in connection with the terrorist attack in Moscow.
 
"Dear Tatiana Nikolay, I am deeply shocked by the news of the terrible tragedy that took innocent lives.
I strongly condemn any manifestation of terrorism, any attempt to target people.
At this difficult moment, I share your grief and express my condolences to the relatives of the victims of this tragedy. I wish the injured a speedy recovery."
