Ukraine can start negotiations with Russia within framework of 'peace resolution': Kuleba

Ukraine may start peace talks with Russia within the framework of the "peace formula" proposed by Volodymyr Zelensky. This was announced by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba during his first visit to India.

 

According to him, these discussions should be based on the principles agreed by Kyiv and its partners. The diplomat expressed his belief that India is an important international actor and can influence Moscow.

 

Before that, according to the Russian side, the Ukrainian forces again hit the Belgorod region, there is destruction. An air alert has been declared throughout Ukraine. It is known about the casualties among the civilian population. The country's energy system was also targeted.
