Putin: Russia will find out all masterminds behind Crocus concert hall terrorist attack

President Vladimir Putin announced that Russia will find out all the masterminds behind the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall concert hall in Moscow Region, RIA Novosti reported.

"There are no reliable agents in that [criminal] environment, they will do anything for money there, anything, not guided by religious or political considerations, but only financial. And everything is easily sold, any information is bought and sold. As for the final masterminds [behind the aforementioned terrorist attack]: we will undoubtedly reach them," said the Russian president.
