Pashinyan had said that Yerevan and Baku have agreed on 13 out of 17 articles [of the draft peace treaty], and he proposes to sign [them] in that form. He had not disclosed the content of those 13 articles and on what the parties are unable to agree.
The head of foreign affairs of Azerbaijan also has not disclosed, but insisted on their demand to change the Constitution of Armenia and talked about the demilitarization of Armenia.
