Ruben Rubinyan, Armenia’s Special Representative in Armenia-Turkey relations normalization process, referred to his meeting with Turkish counterpart Serdar Kilic.
 
“Had a good meeting with Serdar Kilic on the Armenia-Türkiye border. Reconfirmed the agreements reached previously and agreed on new confidence building measures, including assessing the technical requirements to enable functioning of the railroad connection between our countries”, Rubinyan said in a post on X.
