"Important meeting yesterday on Armenia-Turkey border between Serdar Kılıç and Ruben Rubinyan. Normalisation of relations and the reopening of communications between Turkey and Armenia are essential elements for a more stable and prosperous South Caucasus," Klaar stated in X.
