The Republic of Armenia is a sovereign, democratic, social and legal state. French Ambassador to Armenia Olivier Decottignies quoted the first article of Armenia's Constitution in his X microblog.
 
"July 5 of this year marks the 29th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of independent Armenia," the diplomat noted.
