Pashinyan sent a condolence message to Putin over Artur Chilingarov's Passing
The Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, sent a condolence message to the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, in connection with the death of the prominent explorer of the Arctic and Antarctica Artur Chilingarov.
The message of Pashinyan, reads as follows,
“Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich,
It was with deep sorrow that I received the news of the death of the prominent explorer of the Arctic and Antarctica,a member of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Chilingarov Artur Nikolaevich.
Being a prominent scientist, the author of fundamental research in the field of oceanology and the North and South Poles, for his long and intense activity, Arthur Nikolaevich was also awarded state awards of the Republic of Armenia for his contribution to strengthening and developing friendship between Armenia and Russia.
On behalf of the people of Armenia and myself, please convey our deepest sympathy and support to the family and relatives of Artur Chilingarov.”
