Lately Armenian party, accompanied by the representatives of the Red Cross, at Armenian-Azerbaijani border’s KJayanavan part of Tavush Region handed over to Azerbaijan the citizen of that country Telman Javanshir oghlu Aliyev born in 1971. The head of the Public Relations and Media Department of Ministry of Defense Artsrun Hovhannisyan told about this in conversation with Lurer.com.

Note, the breach of the Armenian-Azerbaijani contact line was recorded on 12th of November. The inhabitant of Mazamli village of Ghazakh (Khaghkhaghi) region of the Republic of Azerbaijan Telman Javanshir oghlu Aliyev born in 1971 at 07.45pm crossed Armenian- Azerbaijani border at part of Tavush Region of the RA.
