Suren Papikyan, head of Senate’s France-Armenia Friendship Group discuss cooperation in defense sector

The Minister of Defense of Armenia, Suren Papikyan, on Tuesday received a delegation led by the chairman of the France-Armenia Friendship Group of the French Senate, Gilbert-Luc Devinaz. French Ambassador to Armenia, Olivier Decottignies, also participated in the meeting.

The meeting addressed various aspects of Armenia-France relations, with a particular focus on cooperation in the defense sector, the Ministry of Defense of Armenia informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Regional security issues and the substantial reforms underway in the Armenian Armed Forces were also discussed during the talk.
