Aliyev to leave for Moscow on April 22 to discuss regional issues with Putin

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will arrive in Moscow on a working visit on April 22, and will have a meeting with President Vladimir Putin, the Kremlin informed.
 
"It is planned to discuss the key issues of the Russian-Azerbaijani strategic partnership and further development of allied relations, as well as to hold a thorough exchange of opinions on current regional issues," the Kremlin statement said.
