Why did the executive change its mind and did not approve Hrant Bagratyan’s project?

Armenian National Congress deputy Hrant Bagratyan’s project on “about funded pensions” to make changes in the law of Republic of Armenia, the government had to approve, but the decision was changed and the executive made his negative conclusion on the project.

“Guided with a regulative opinion of Central Bank in this sphere, we suggest to deny the logic, as many problems appeared in concepts”, said minister of finances Vache Gabielyan.
