Hrant Bagratyan: “Where is the money of our republic”?

At the last fourt state budget of autumn session the state project of 2013 is discussed.

Faction deputy of Armenian National Congress Hrant Bagratyan questioned the minister of Finances Vache Gabrielyan, saying. “Where is the money of the republic, where is it allocated and in which percent? If it is not a secret, can the deputies know about that”?

In response to this question Vache Gabrielyan said. “The external reserve of Republic of Armenia disposes the Central Bank and it informs about that within international format. They make their audits by audit companies defined by law. Here is the necessary information, no other detailed information can’t be provided as it can reveal bank secrets”, said the minister. Then there was a question about gross internal result, in which the minister answered in this way: “Shadow economy is included in gross internal result”.
