Louvre was opened for the poor in France

“In the south of France, in Louvre was opened a branch of famous Louvre museum, the so called Louvre-Lens”, BBC reports.
The idea to open a museum in this city, which is considered to be adverse, belongs to the ex-president Jacques Chirac.
