Human Rights Defender's Office announced on December 5, that Yerevan resident Armen Melkonyan was taken to Kanaker Zaytun police department, he was illegally put there, as well as threated from getting on evidence.

Unfortunately, the message is based only on Armen Melkonyan’s and his relatives explanations and presents the reality only unilateral.
