Edmon Maruqyan: “The judicial system continues to have serious problems”.

“Human rights are violated, but we do not have appropriate mechanisms in order to restore them”, said the independent deputy of NA Edmon Maruqyan at the meeting with journalists.

The latter expressed the opinion that there are still unsolved problems.

“"The courts are choosing detention as a preventive measure, and as a result, we have overloaded penal institutions”, said Maruqyan, adding that the judicial system continues to have serious problems.
