“Haykakan Zhamanak”: How can a person change his mind, if he has not made decision? says PAP’s leader spokesperson

The paper says information about Serzh Sargsyan-Gagik Tsarukyan Saturday meeting raised talks about the PAP leader having given up the idea of running for presidency. The information appeared in websites as well.

The paper says it tried to reach PAP’s leader spokesperson Iveta Tonoyan for comment. Asked whether Tsarukyan has changed his mind, Tonoyan said, “Mr Tsarukyan has never stated that he is going to run for presidency and thus his participation or non-participation talks are being circulated by mass media only, nothing more. If a person has not stated that he will run for presidency how can he state that he has changed his mind. He will make a statement after everything will be clear.”
