Arabkir district’s unknown head (Video)

Today Lurer.com conducted a survey among the residents of Arabkir district to determine whether the citizens know their district head.

To our great surprise, none of the residents did not know the head of the community, and when people were listening “Hrayr Antonyan” name- surname, they just were surprised.

We also asked whether they had ever met Hrayr Antounian. The citizens without long thinking, said, they did not.

By the way, as another reason we can note that in one of the yards during the shooting, our camera fixed a large dunghill, from which it was observed that the cleaning was not done for a long time.
