“168 Zham”: PAP will be as an “observer” in upcoming presidental elections

"Prosperous Armenia" will be as an "observer" and "election monitoring” in the upcoming presidential elections”, said PAP spokesman Tigran Urikhanyan in talk with “Mediamax" yesterday.

Yesterday “168 Zham" correspondent asked PAP member Vardan Bostanjyan, if it is possible that the party will become a non governmental organization, taking into the consideration T. Urikhanyan’s above statement.

In response to this Vardan Bostanjyan said: "PAP is a political force at this moment, why should it become NGO”?
The political forces who became an “observer” in the elections, do not became NGO.
