Armenia’s Emergency Situations Ministry reports that as of 9.00 am today the roads in Armenia are open for traffic.

Georgia’s Interior Ministry’s emergency department reported that Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for passenger transporting vehicles and buses having up to 30 seats.
